Have you tried re-installing LCPDFR?
 
Oh and also, do you mind taking a screenshot of the folder where your game is installed?

Please do not listen to the guy stating that Windows 8 is the problem. If you do not feel comfortable opening the case and doing so, at least, try booting into the BIOS Screen, and see how many memory sticks it reads, and if it reads 4GB and only one, then probably one stick needs to be re-inserted. If you are still under warranty, just take it to them and explain them the issue. If you are not warranted, it is actually easy to do that. Just make sure you disconnect the power cable, then press the Power On button to remove any charge inside the board, and ground yourself, just touch the chassis before touching the memory rams. If you still can't do it, try some youtube videos, if not, then have a professional do it.
 

If you're going to give him advice, at least make sure it's accurate.  Windows 8 has no such problem with memory.  This is coming from someone who uses Windows 8 as the daily driver, with 16GB of fully functioning RAM.  It's quite sad how many lies are spread about Windows 8 (though I'm sure you thought you were helping and telling the truth).
 
Windows 8 is not the issue here.  Your RAM sticks are very likely the issue - they probably aren't seated properly.  The only fix is to re-install them and ensure they're firmly secured inside the motherboard.  If that is done, and they aren't working correctly, one or more of your RAM sticks is defective.

This tutorial will walk you through how to map and make templates for your GTA IV models. It will also show you how to add dirt to your model.
There may be several different ways to do this, maybe better and faster, but this is how I do it. Take it or leave it! ;)

Tools needed:

- ZModeler2.
- GIMP/Photoshop. (Paint as backup. Please don't use Paint....)
- OpenIV. (SparkIV as backup.)
- The Compressonator.
- G-Texture.

Start by making a work folder where you put your "model".wft and all the textures from "model".wtd. You also need the textures from vehshares.wtd and on some occasions also the textures from vehshare_truck.wtd. You will also need this file: vehicleenvmap128.png. Download here!

Now open Paint or another image edtior and make a white png file, size 2048x2048 and call it "modelname"_sign_1.png. In this case I will call it moonbeam_sign_1.png. Save it on your work folder.

Now open Zmodeler and import your model. Open the Texture Browser and import moonbeam_sign_1.png. Once you done that, open your Materials Editor. Create a new material and name it moonbeam_sign_1 paint3 [CLR:1]. Now add these textures to the texture layers (in this order):



The settings for vehicle_generic_smallspecmap.png need to look like this:



The settings for moonbeam_sign_1.png need to look like this:



The settings for vehicle_genericmud_car.png need to look like this:



The settings for vehicle_generic_smallspecmap.png (again, yes) need to look like this:



Now! Start moving all the car body L0 parts out of moonbeam.wtf in your hierarchy list. Like this:



I do this to basically get a better view of the parts I need to map and get things organized.

NOW LET'S GET STARTED WITH THE MAPPING!!

I'm gonna start with the left side of the car, then the right and then then remaining parts like the bonnet, roof, boot and the bumpers.
For the left side I'm gonna start with wing_lf_L0. Uncheck everything but that. Now enter SELECTED MODE and the Perspective view. Also enter Polygon mode and select Separated from the Select list. Like this:

Never did till now :-) I'll work on a NON-ELS, I don't have that much time free but, my days off are coming... I'll release them

My cars dont have a template right now, Im going to work on the template so I don't think they will be the same. I will do my best to do it fast so that you can start working on it.

Yes, I am not a ZModeler expert, I had no previous experience on this 3D modelling, but I've been learning thanks to people who share their knowledge and take from their time to help someone. I will be converting stock police vehicles to ELS. It all started because I wanted the stock police cars on ELS and I don't like to beg someone to do it. I saw there were nobody with the model on ELS at least with them right now and available to the public, so I decided to make them myself.

Hi, I've been working lately on ZModeler 2.2.6 (Build 993) on a crown victoria.
 
I already followed the topic tutorial from here. I figured out lots of stuff throughout the internet as well, but, I can't seem to find how to add extra ELS. I want to add extra lightning on side mirrors, front grill, back. It's there any lightning equip or do I need to create it myself, which I don't have that much talent on 3D modeling.
 
If someone is willing to help, I'll be happy to hear. Otherwise, still thanks for taking from your time to read.

 

Well, it can mean a process is running in the background causing your fps to get low, If you have an antivirus, disable it while playing, also, make sure no Windows Update are working in the background or other real-time background. You should use GameBooster to stop any unnecessary service while playing and then when done, you can restore to normal.
