1) Set the time to "60000" in timeshould in Rage Plugin Hook settings.
2) Turn off the Windows antivirus

After completing these two points, try to run it. If the error has not disappeared, then reinstall LSPDFR together with Rage Plugin Hook (download "lspdfr_manual" and transfer all files from the archive with replacement to the root of GTA V).
Also, in the Windows antivirus, set an exception to the GTA V folder.

Installed mods? Any. If yes, make sure you have the latest version of gameconfig.xml, Pack File Limit Adjuster, Heap Adjuster installed. 
 

If what I wrote above didn't work, or you don't have any modifications - delete additional callouts to LSPDFR from the GTA V folder > "plugins" ->"LSPDFR".

When you press F4 does it crashed or not?

Just in case, update the version of RageNative.UI (https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases) and make sure that the "timeshould" time in RPH is set to 60000 (this is important).

If what I wrote did not help - make sure that you run LSPDFR without additional callouts (any).

 

And, importantly, reinstall Script Hook V (http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/)

 

If you use the ELS mod, install Advanced Hook V (the ELS mod is on the download page when you click "download" (the game crashes when downloading with an error where "ELS.asi" is specified).

Does the game have to be completed? if so, can the file be 100 percent complete?(игра обязательна должна быть пройдена? если да можно файл на 100 процентное прохожденеие?)

If the problem is not solved, then try to install the corrected version of Script Hook V Dot Net (https://github.com/scripthookvdotnet/scripthookvdotnet-nightly/releases)

 

If solved - mark "Solved".

Something blocked your files, have you checked your antivirus and Windows 10 antivirus for sure? 

 

Also drop your RPH log (in the root of gta 5 notebook called RagePluginHook.log)

Right click gta5 main directory and click into more and go to properties, and then go to security. Make sure all boxes are ticked execpt for special permissions.
