hey guys, 
so i have just purchased a new pc about 2 days ago and am trying to download lspdfr

 

i am using steam to download gta 5.
once downloaded i have gone into game for a pre start to make sure it installed properly, i than have followed the youtube video for full install and plugins
ive completed the main lspdfr download with scripthookv, ScriptHookVDotNet, ragenative, resource adjuster and simple trainer
and have added the first lot of setting as intructed by video but when i go to first launch lspdfr i get the 

launch game with custom arguments error

-skipPatcherCheck  -launchTitleInFolder "C:\Program Files (x86)\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V"

 

i have uninstalled and redownloaded twice now and keep getting the same thing and when i hit continue it loads but crashes as soon as rage plugion hook show populating game world

Try taking away any custom / additional run parameters and just launching LSPDFR through ragepluginhook

 

Hi, I have the same issue when I startup the game through ragepluginhook. The only difference is that I click accept and the game boots normally. The wierd thing is my FPS are at 12 and the game is constantly lagging. This has never happened before. What can I do to fix this

Having the same issue as everyone else. Ever since the most recent update I had problems loading into RPH. I saw in another thread it said to turn off antivirus so I did and it worked and I loaded into the game but each time it shows me the “launch game with custom arguments message”. I don’t know if this is good or bad just kind of a inconvenience given that the game used to load intstantly before everything 

I have been having this problem as well can someone please help me

hey thanks for your response,  im unsure how to do this 😅

if your meaning via the commandline.txt i did remove all and there were none to start with so im still unsure as to why this is still occurring

 

i did feel it was just because i had done a first download of everything just as the new updates were done being within the first 2 hours of the update

can someone help us out, its very frustrating and most likely the cause of other issues in game 

 

Not 100% sure if these were there before but in the folder with the rockstar launcher.exe,(c:\program files\rockstar\launcher\) there are a couple of files, launcherpatcher.exe and launcher.rpf.
Removing them does nothing though and you cant edit the launcher.rpf.
So rather than it being an Rage/LSPDFR problem, I think rockstar have added this for whatever reason.
My commandline.txt is blank and so is the launch options in steam, do not know about epic or retail versions.
We may be stuck with this for the forseeable future. ☹️

Warning: do not delete RPFs anywhere, ever, or you likely will screw up your game.

I tried forever to fix this and found a way that worked for me, hopefully this will help you. 

I start GTAV on steam first and the quickly right click your rage icon (on your tool bat or desktop) and open rage when your gta opening scene starts (gtav should be in windowed screen not full screen) when it has the sirens playing and the wanted stars at the top right.... when the stars reach 4 or 5 total open rage. when the next screen appears with all the legal bs hit ALT Enter. Hope this makes sense and I hope it works for you. Questions just ask....
