i finally did it 😭 😭 im free!! scripthookvdotnet was causing my game to crash and it works now Thank you again sir for helping

For context, ScriptHookVDotNet is not a requirement for LSPDFR or Ultimate Backup modifications, but I am glad you found out the cause of the issue with your game.

After i finished editing custom regions and default regions there are places where ai wont respond when using ultimate backup such as LSIA, vinewood hills, sandy shores

If you mean you only want Los Santos PD responding throughout the city and nothing else, then you could do that. But you'll be limiting the potential of what EUP has to offer. It's hard to explain through text, but in simple terms, I would redownload the original Ultimate Backup Custom Regions file and replace anything that comes with it with LSPD from Default Regions. You'll have to set up transport backup, canine backup, SWAT, and female local patrol backup, but that should work. Then I would look in the regions.xml file and replace all the jurisdictions from the departments you removed as backup inside the Custom Regions file.

What i mean is all the departments in default regions as all i use is LSPD, LSSD, SAHP, SASP (state parks) and noose. As then i would not need to use custom regions, right? or would i still hafto use custom regions? everything seems to work fine except from what i said before i asked about this - that units would de-spawn in certain areas

Could you upload your rage plugin hook log for me, please? I'll take a look at your log and see if I can find what's potentially causing that issue. Also, there are rare cases that if you use simple trainer and enable police ignore player that may contribute to the issue. In the meantime, I could create a Custom Regions file for you based on what you need until we find the cause of the issue. It's just easier for me to edit the file than to try and explain it through text.

According to the log, the issue appears to be related to a version mismatch with the NAudio library. I recommend reinstalling the More Radio Chatter plugin, as that seems to be the one causing the crash by utilizing NAudio. The log indicates that Ultimate Backup and LSPDFR loaded without any problems, so the NAudio issue is likely the root cause.

The easiest way would be replacing them directly in the EUP inside OpenIV. I believe they are called tasks in the EUP files.

Hey so I installed this mod with EUP and all of the uniforms work great except for LPSD local backup, they spawn in metro gear. I'm not sure why since all of the other uniforms spawn perfectly fine? Any help would be appriciated

They only spawn in their metro uniforms in specific parts of the map. You can remove them entirely from the custom regions file by locating "metro" and their corresponding unit configurations. Also, you can remove them from backup xml in the default backup menu if you don't want them responding locally either and for them to stop spawning at the Mission Row police station, but then you'd have to edit stations xml and change it to LSPD instead of LSPD Metro etc. I hope this helps.

I keep getting an issue with only one type of backup. My local SWAT for LSPD keeps saying:

UB All Police Buddy are failed to be spawned during preparation
UB: UNIT FULLY DISMISSED >> OSB-0 | TOLTAL ACTIVE UNIT >> 0

Nothing saying the vehicles or peds couldn't load and its the only backup that does this. i even tried adding them as a special unit and the same thing happens. the Only thing different from anything would be their EUP as i copy and pasted everything from Specialunits. Any suggestions?

What backup config folder are you using? Are you using the regular, snow or rain folder in it? What area of the map are you requesting them? Can I see your recent rage plugin hook log? Not much I can do with limited information.

I have the EUP ultimate backup installed so they're in the CustomRegions config and the regular folder. Literally anywhere on the map it does it but only for that specific LSPD swat. ill get my log once I get home but the unit fully dismissed is all it says when i open the console after requesting them
