I have GTA installed on a New Volume (D:) instead of Windows (C:) I don't know if that changes anything but im just making sure

Is there a way to put custom EUP Vests to backup units

Every time I start up LSPDFR it always loses textures or makes buildings disappear, even if I have main preload all models on false. Any fixes??? this is really annoying me. the image is not from me but is what I am experiencing

I have the liberty city preservation mod and whenever a pursuit starts the Ai npc car just starts turning right and crashes into a building. They drive normal when not in a pursuit but once they are in one, it just gets dumb. Are there any fixes?

Been a fan of the ultimate backup mod but it keeps on crashing my lspdfr, a notification pops up saying lspdfr crashed.
