You have installed a lot of callouts and probably one (or more) of them somehow conflict with STP and thats why it's not working for you.

 Also:

  • CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll
  • Newtonsoft.Json.dll

         ^^^^^

This files belongs to MAIN directory to make other plugins to work

Do your other bejoIjo plugins work?
If not then try updating your RageNativeUI. Latest version 1.9.2, download from here:
https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases

Download the zip and extract to your main GTA folder, where RageHook is located.
Just something different to try as this was a problem I had once and this worked for me.

yes they do, i have ragenativeui installed and everything

First of all start read whole posts, not just few parts that are easiest to do.

As I typed above and it's attached in this reply - one or more plugins can cause problem, temporally remove almost everything from this folder and leave only STP and UB, check if without rest of your plugins these works fine and then add rest back 1 by 1 and check which one cause problem
