I was wondering if there was a mod that automatically cycles traffic lights as it would in real life if an emergency vehicle were to go through them.

And if there isn't, would it even be possible to make a mod for this?

No, and there are no methods for that, because LSPDFR is build on top of a game that has criminals as main-characters. You are supposed to run the red lights, because you are an outlaw...
If you examine the situation deeper, you will even find that red lights are significantly over-represented in traffic.
Actually there are shorter green periods in any direction, because a lot of the time there are red lights in all directions!
That makes perfectly sense in a game where you are a gangster, because it increase the crime-gameplay, and also then aspect of dangerous driving, witch is a HUGE part of GTA

ToxicScripts has previously created the Opticom script for FiveM, but no one has done it for single-player... yet.
