RegEdit seems fine.

 

Next try selecting your Main Directory folder. Then right click and Properties. Then the Security tab and set the user permissions to All. Then save. Re-install manual LSPDFR. Restart PC and try again.

This is the new problem, but the script hook is new.

Unfortunately, I clicked that yes, and it didn't work, I even removed viruses from my pc, but it still doesn't work, I don't know if it's because of the script hook, just when RPH stopped working there was an inscription like on the screenshot.

Let's move on to the next step. Open the CommandLine.txt in the Main Directory. Remove the contents and then add -windowed. Then save and exit the document. From there, start normal GTA V first. Then once fully in storymode, tab out and launch RPH.

It directly says that a connection problem to EPIC prevents EPIC from launching the game.
I have just now launched GTAV as a test. EPIC works.
Do this:
Shut down your PC -COMPLETELY!
Go TO power
Open it
Press and hold SHIFT
Then mouse-click

That invokes cache-cleanouts and shutdown.
Wait for the PC to shut completely down.
Turn of your modem
Wait ~2 mins
You now have no cache garbage
Repower your system and boot up
Are you online?
Then redo

I would also like you to verify your game, but if you cant get online with EPIC then that is impossible 😕
How long have you not been able to launch story-mode
As long as you cant enter story-mode, you wont be able to launch RPHook and not be able to play LSPDFR.
There are NO ways around that.

That is impossible if you did a restart of your system.
After a cold bootUp nothing is launched, unless you have GTA launched in startup, and that would almost qualify as a virus..

REBOOT your computer as described above!
Then open task-manager and inspect running programs.
If GTAV is already launched you have 'something wrong' that i have never heard about
