I have a problem with the launch, when I start gta 5 after which I run rage plugin hook.exe it starts but beyond launching nothing happens 

The game is running, but it's like rage doesn't see it

Check out the faq at page 3 -5,

there you set the perms for the gta folder and add the gta folder as an excpetion in your antivirus.

Unfortunately it didn't work, I uninstalled my antivirus(Avast) and it still doesn't work. I decided to try this method which is on the screenshot, but since I run gta 5 through Rockstar game launcher, this method didn't work either. I also attach screenshots of my files from gta 5 maybe it will help somehow solve my problem.

Try launching normal GTA V first. Then once in storymode, tab out and launch RPH.

Tried it, unfortunately it didn't work. Can this error be because I am running GTA 5 through Rockstar game launcher?

I apologize that the video is in Russian. I hope you'll understand. The video shows my problem. Well, if I start RPH just without starting GTA first, then RPH will not be able to start it.

Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard. Then drag the selection you want. You can then paste it.

Windows 10

Press the Print Screen button on your keyboard, or using Shift + Windows Key + S, then dragging the area. You can then paste it.

 

My actions: I launch rockstar game launcher then epic games launcher, open the game folder, click “Play through epic game” in rockstar game launcher then quickly launch RPH. After I launched RPH launches and launches GTA 5, but RPH stops at the Launching game stage, and the game launches without choosing to play through RPH. I hope I have explained everything clearly.

Here's a screenshot of the problem. On the screenshot, you can see that RPH does not go further than the Launching game stage.

Unfortunately, it didn't work

Add the GTA V Main Directory to the exceptions list for your anti-virus. Then re-install manual LSPDFR and restart your PC. Then try launching normal GTA V first. Then, once in storymode, tab out and launch RPH.

I tried it, it didn't work. I don't know what to do anymore( 

Can this error occur because I run gta 5 through rockstar game launcher, just if I run the game through exe, the game outputs 

Try verifying game files.

Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Installed Files > Verify integrity of game files

GTA V Retail

Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

GTA V Epic Games

Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Manage > Verify

 

That didn't work either, unfortunately.

After asking around, I have found some potential solutions. Let's start by checking your regedit. To do that, please follow the steps below provided by the RPH Discord.

Open regedit by pressing the Windows key + R -> Type: regedit and press enter.

For the Steam and Rockstar Games version of Grand Theft Auto V please locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Wow6432Node -> Rockstar Games -> Grand Theft Auto V Then, double click InstallFolder on the right side.

For the Epic Games Version of Grand Theft Auto V please locate to: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE -> SOFTWARE -> Rockstar Games -> Grand Theft Auto V Then, double click InstallFolderEpic on the right side.

 

After doing the appropriate steps listed above, send a screenshot of what it says.

I don't have this gta 5 folder in way for Epic Games Version, but I find InstallFolderEpic  in way for Steam and Rockstar Games version. The screenshot shows where it is.
