"Invalid node ID" Crash in LSPDFR

Featured Replies

I'm currently facing an issue with my LSPDFR setup and could really use some assistance. I've encountered the "Invalid node ID" crash, and despite trying several troubleshooting steps, I haven't been able to resolve it. Here's what I've done so far:

I use NVE and i think it might be a part of the issue, but idk how to solve it. Not using any ohysical NVE add ons.

  • Experiencing the "Invalid node ID" error when attempting to launch LSPDFR.

    Steps taken
Error message suggests removing any map mods, but I don't have any map mods installed.
  • Verified Game Files:

    • Used Steam's file verification feature to ensure GTA V game files are intact and not corrupted.
  • Removed Residual Map Mod Files:

    • Manually checked and removed any lingering files related to map mods from the GTA V directory.
    • Updated RAGE Plugin Hook:

      • Installed the latest version of RAGE Plugin Hook from the official website.
    • Reinstalled LSPDFR:

      • Completely uninstalled LSPDFR and installed the latest version following the provided instructions.
      • Checked Plugin Load Order:

        • Verified that plugins are loading in the correct order using OpenIV.
      • Reviewed Error Logs:

        • Examined RAGE Plugin Hook and LSPDFR logs for any error messages, but nothing specific to the "Invalid node ID" issue.

        • Removed Other Plugins:

          • Temporarily removed all plugins except LSPDFR to rule out conflicts.
        • Additional Information:

        • Not using any map mods or modifications that directly alter the game's nodes.
        • The issue persists even with a minimal set of mods.
Thank you in advance for your time and assistance!

I dont have a lml folder

Not sure it would help. But take a look, is there is any paths.rpf in the mods folder? If so, you could try to replace it with the original one (which might be wipe some of the NVE stuff).
