hi, i've installed all of the .xml files for my cars correctly and i have AdvancedHookV installed

 

the sirens only turn on when i click E (no lights and the key config hasn't been touched) so i'm pretty sure it's just default gtav sirens

 

also CTRL+P just brings up the pause menu and there is no panel for els showing

Attach asiloader.log and screenshots of your full game direcctory.

here you go, couldn't find asiloader.log anywhere even after searching in openiv. 

Make sure you have OpenIV ASI Maneger installed.

Not sure if it help, but try to reinstall OpenIV ASI Manager, and launch your game, go to story mode, play a while, asiloader.log should be generated. Probably ELS doesn't work becouse your game cannot load .asi plugins.

I just noticed you missing ScriptHookV, try install it.

for some reason when i sent it the first time, it now says "Unavailable" so here it is again

I don't have it here, and yeah, the previous one is unavailable.

I remember checked it while it was still available, and you have ELS.asi failed to load. Usually reinstalling ASI Manager helps, but it could also connected with ScriptHookVdotNet or with ScriptHookV itself.

this is what the lights look like normally when i drive around (turned off) and when i turn them on, the brake lights just flash and the default gta sirens play

Did you tried press CTRL+P? If there is no panel, that means your ELS wasn't loaded. And according to the log you have attached you have "ELS.asi" failed to load, usually reinstalling ASI Manager from openIV helps.

But one friend of mine who has the same issue told that reinstalling of ELS, ScriptHookV and Script Hook dot Net helps. Not sure if it's your case but as an attempt worth to try.

 

If nothing help let me see AdvancedHookV.log, it's also in main GTAV folder, maybe there I'll be able to find some clues, but not sure about it.

wait do i need Script Hook dot Net for ELS to work?
