wait do i need Script Hook dot Net for ELS to work?

this is what the lights look like normally when i drive around (turned off) and when i turn them on, the brake lights just flash and the default gta sirens play

what scripthook do i use? ScriptHookV or AdvancedHookV

forgot to upload it sorry asiloader.log

for some reason when i sent it the first time, it now says "Unavailable" so here it is again

hi, i've installed all of the .xml files for my cars correctly and i have AdvancedHookV installed the sirens only turn on when i click E (no lights and the key config hasn't been touched) so i'm pretty sure it's just default gtav sirens also CTRL+P just brings up the pause menu and there is no panel for els showing please help, thanks
