installed the EUP menu and logged into the game. I saw problems already at the police department, that the officers were wearing different clothes. Not uniforms, but some kind of mush. They had a parachute on their backs and were wearing hoodies and jeans. How do we fix the problem? Installed the latest version and all that is required to work scripts are also the latest version

When installing EUP did you do the oiv or manual install? If you did manual make sure the dlc is in dlclist.xml within the mods folder.

 

Also if you have updated your mods folder recently you will need to re-add it to the dlclist.xml 
 

Also not sure if you knew but EUP Law and Order and EUP menu are different, not sure if you installed both just wanted to add that just in case.

Installed the first option first, then thought the first wouldn't work without the second. So I have both scripts installed, but no result

EUP itself yes, it could be installed via OpenIV

Download EUP serve and protect the OIV, got to openiv and click tools, package installer, find and select the eup.oiv package in the download, click install to mods folder, and then it will install EUP to the mods folder

 

 

It’s not called EUP.oiv however it’s the only .oiv file in the download

if you can write in Russian, maybe we can switch to it? it will be easier there.

These are all the links I have installed but no results. now I will install the second script from the list as soon as it is downloaded.

 

Have you installed the asi loader and openiv.asi in openiv?

У самой EUP есть 2 версии установки, ручная и автоматическая с помощью oiv файла, если ты использовал ручную, то папку с формой EUP нужно вручную добавлять в dlclist в update.rpf
Для Serve & Rescue такой же принцип установки, есть ручная и автоматическая с помощью oiv файла. Если ты говоришь конкретно о EUP Menu, то его надо кидать в папку Plugins. Если проблема с тем, что у Ai копов нет этой униформы, то тебе надо установить конфиг либо этот, либо этот, советую поставить без addon машин. Для Ultimate Backup там свой конфиг, насколько я знаю есть только для платной patreon версии.

EUP itself has 2 versions of installation, manual and automatic with oiv file, if you used manual, then the folder with the EUP outfit must be manually added to the dlclist in update.rpf
For Serve & Rescue the installation principle is the same, there is manual and automatic with oiv file. If you are talking specifically about the EUP Menu, ypu should put it into the Plugins folder. If the problem with the fact that Ai cops do not have this uniform, then you need to install the config either this or this, I advise you to put without addon cars. For Ultimate Backup there is its own config, as far as I know there is only for the paid patreon version.

I installed only the first and third scripts that I sent. the second script is still downloading. there were no such files in the first and third scripts. maybe this file is in the second one. 

Click tools in OpenIV, click ASI manger, and click install on asi loader and openiv.asi

 

 

Those have to be enabled for the game to be able to read the mods folder.

Try that before trying to instal EUP again as they could be the cause, and if it is you won’t have to go through the trouble of installing EUP again.

такого файла у меня нет. в EUP L&O покрайне мере есть файл dlc.rpf в папке dlc. я не знаю куда его устанавливать. 

 

попробую скачать конфиг. визуально этот топик мне знаком, возможно с него и устанавливал впервые мод

у тебя нет oiv? Он отдельно качается с сайта, там при скачивании у тебя даётся выбор, скачать архив с ручной установкой, или oiv файл.

Go to mods/update/x64/dlcpacks and drag and drop the EUP folder into the dlcpacks folder.

я пытался установить его, но при установке через OpenIV выдало ошибку какую-то на счет архива. 

установил конфиг и никаких изменений, кроме того, что непонятная одежда изменилась

У тебя Ai такие, потому что нет самой формы установленной. Тебе надо установить пак. Попробуй как советует @Pacific Creations , установи вручную.

но у меня нет того файла, о котором он говорит. все в ручную делаю. инструкций нет по установке. только, куда закинуть файлы. я так и делаю
