Callout Interface - Enabled Plate is Blank

Everything loads and working in Callout Interface except the enabled plate.

I changed PlateEnabled to True.  The plate shows up, but the plate is empty no numbers.

I have reinstalled the script, that didn't work.

Please help.

Were you doing a plate check via Callout Interface or through its ALPR system?

You have to hold the Callout Interface UI key to enable mouse, then click on the "plate check" icon, and the on-screen plate will show the suspect's license plate.

That did not work. ID check works, plate check is not working.

After clicking on "Plate," click on the "vehicles" tab at the bottom, is there a vehicle listed there?

Yes, the vehicle I pulled over is listed.

The external plate (on-screen plate) should show, click on the listed vehicle if not.

I clicked on the listed vehicle, the information is not showing on the plate. I tried reinstalling, that didn’t work.
