You are missing the VehicleSet end tag. As seen in the log "VehicleSet' start tag on line 31 position 6". You need to open the CustomRegions.xml and correct the VehicleSet entry found at the position above. You can locate this by using Notepad++.

Additionally:
Update: AIRespond, Kuchera Callouts, and SpecialCallouts. Keep in mind SpecialCallouts is being discontinued.
Remove: Emergency Callouts, Regular Callouts.
Move: CalloutInterfaceAPI to Main Directory.

Thank you for the quick response.

But I don't get where I am missing something.

Spoiler

Am I blind maybe?

Everything else is done, but why did I have to remove these two? Emergency Callouts, Regular Callouts. (Just wondering)

You were missing the opening tag <Peds> in the CustomRegions. I have fixed it. Please try it out now.

CustomRegions.xml 429.75 kB · 2 downloads

Yes that worked, no Unhandled Exeption and CustomRegions also loading.

Thank you for your Help. But again, why remove Emergency and Regular Callouts? Are they Outdated?
