  1. Officer122's post in Unhandled exception occurred in console command "ForceDuty" was marked as the answer   
    I looked into other threads as well, and yes it was a duplicate but regarding the Zones. Apparently, you can't have Zones  mentioned more than once IF both agencies are located under <LocalPatrol> in the CustomsRegions.xml.
     
    Thank you @UnknownBastion for the continous help and support. (Also regarding to problem in the past)
