Slow loading

Featured Replies

for the last day or so the entire site loads extremely slowly compared with other sites, I tried both my phone (cellular and wifi) and my PC (lan cable, chrome, and edge) as well as removing all site cookies on the PC, I asked on a few discord servers but no one said he experienced it too

I'm getting it too. I know that Cyan recently did a bit of cleanup to make it faster. Could be the number of people accessing the site making it slow.

We aren't seeing any broad issues with speed, so this could be a temporary issue or an issue with a particular ISP. Let us know if this still is like this after a few days.

ik it hasn't been a few days yet but it's really impossible to enjoy the site in this condition, have been on a phone a few km away from my home on cellular data too so I doubt it will just go away

Probably should still give it a few days. Cyan said that there isnt broad issues on their end, so there isn't too much they can do.

its been 10 and its even worse

We appreciate you reaching out. It’s important to note that the slow website performance you’re experiencing seems to be an isolated issue. We aren't currently seeing widespread reports from other users, which often indicates the problem may lie within transient network issues or upstream ISP disruptions specific to your locale or connection.

These external factors can be unpredictable and while they can be frustrating, they are outside of our website's direct purview. We recommend checking your own network connection, and you may also want to reach out to your ISP if the problem persists. The issue may resolve itself on its own.

perhaps it could be Slovakia that caused the problem? this is the only site, it doesn't work at a different place, with cellular data from a different provider or browser neither, plus I don't know how could logging in make it so much worse

@UnknownBastion @CyanSo after like day of the message above, it went broken again. During the recent maintenance or so it worked for like an hour. And currently, it seems working for a few hours but it's very very slow. No VPN and only this site is stably slow. I would massively appreciate any steps you would take. As it seems like it's affected by your end at least enough to make it work.
