The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

When i click onto rage in my files to start the game i get stopped by message saying " Youre missing Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 Redistrbutable package" but when i hit download it says it doesn't exist anymore but that's the only way its letting me play so im not sure what to do

I remember getting that error but it wasn't a Microsoft Visual C ++ 2010 Redistribute package not being installed.  It was installed.  It was something else that was either outdated or not installed.  Unfortunate I don't remember what it was.  Might have had something to do with RageNative UI, outdated scripthook, check your gameconfig file (is it outdated?).  I can't remember what it was but it as some small file that was missing or needed to be updated that was causing that error for me.  You might look in your main root game folder and see what needs updating.
