Anyone seen this before?(Also, why does it say drive "D"? i dont have any other drives than C on my laptop...)

That mean that there was an attempt to reference a vehicle that already was deleted/ dismissed. It is basically a flaw in the plugin that you have loaded.
That fail then escalates through the stack
It looks like the origin is a fail in plugin RegularCallouts
Try disable that and retry the game

It's the path the plugin was compiled from on the developers system.
