I tried reinstalling the pack twice and failed, played around with my gta settings and still nothing but all my other emergency pack add-ons work perfectly fine accept for my SAHP pack maybe another pack is conflicting, idk? but here is the pack I used  https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/sahp. I also use DLS. I really need help fixing this as its really annoying and really bright, I appreciate if anyone can help?

Could contain: outdoor, vehicle, land vehicle, building, car, sky, ground, road, street, parked, city, yellow

Hey there,

  1. Make sure you've installed the associated carcols file.
  2. Try changing the carcols IDs & the sirensettings ID in carvariations.meta.

Let me know how this goes.

Most if not all of Jacobmate's files do not require DLS, I've downloaded so many of his packs and not one of them needed or required DLS to function.

DLS isn't something that's required for any mod to function. Unlike ELS it's completely optional and can be used with any vehicle using the default GTA V lighting. It is something an author can specifically add support for by creating a configuration file, but I'm pretty sure it would be completely optional for the user to actually use it.

It's likely because of what Charlie686 said - either improperly installed files, or duplicated sirensettings id values.
