The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

If you want to go back to online, It's recommended, so that you don't get banned from GTA:O, to remove all files in relation to LSPDFR and RPH. You need the absolute vanilla game files to go play online without being banned. If you still want to play LSPDFR, copy game files and make modifications to those game files. I'm sure there is a video out there that can 100% explain it better than I can, but in short, you modify game files and try to go to online and RPH doesn't prevent you from going online, you will get banned on GTA:O.

This may do justice for you;

RAGEPluginHook is needed to use LSPDFR, which needs to be manually started via RAGEPluginHook.exe. RPH blocks using GTA Online when it is started. You cannot go online with LSPDFR, if that's your question.

To use GTA Online normally, simply start the game without RAGEPluginHook.

If you installed Scripthook V, an ASI loader or LML, these would have to be removed or renamed before you go online.
