No Images/Thumbnails and unable to download anything

Featured Replies

Hi,

I'm having difficulties download any kind of mod on this website. When the counter reaches 0, the download does not start, and that's also the case when I manually try to download anything.

In addition, I see no thumbnails or images from posts or mods. I have no adblockers on currently, and attempting to download it from a different browser didn't resolve the issue.

Is there anything I can do?

Thank you.

EDIT: When I access the site with my mobile phone through 4G/Hotspot, it works fine..

Yeah I appreciate the support fellas..

Hello, I assumed you found a solution that worked for you by your edit so I didn't respond.

Issues like this are usually either caused by a firewall or filtering on the users' ISP end. Rarely, it's caused by routing issues. If caused by the latter, the only thing we can do is ticket our provider and wait for both ISPs to work it out, or not.

On the affected connection, does this show an error or the LSPDFR logo? https://s3-screenshots.int-cdn.lcpdfrusercontent.com/monthly_2019_02/frlogo.png.4027faac813ec4b7da555ea910fd5bda.png

If an error, please screenshot the error.

Cheers for the respond mate.

Yes, I do in fact get an error. It's written in german though, but it says that the connection is not secure. Apparently my ISP is blocking traffic from that domain for some unknown reason, I've requested a check and hope that they'll lift this asap.

I'll let you know once I got more info.

EDIT: In the meanwhile, I'll browse this site using a VPN to bypass this blockade.

Yeah I could be wrong but using a VPN on this site might not be a good idea.

VPN usage on LCPDFR.com is fine unless it is used to evade our rules (for example, multi-account use or evading a ban).

However, creating an account with a VPN is generally automatically blocked due to abuse. Some VPN providers are blocked outright due to spam/DDoS issues from them. File submissions from a VPN will generally enter our approval queue unless the author has a high trustscore otherwise.

In general, if you're using a VPN on LCPDFR.com, it will either work or if somebody has abused and it's blocked, you'll receive a blocked message.

TL;DR we provide no support for VPN use but do not actively block it for already registered users
