The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

[6/4/2023 6:51:24 PM.159] LSPD First Response: [WARN] Error while hiding ambient game blips: System.AccessViolationException: Attempted to read or write protected memory. This is often an indication that other memory is corrupt.

 

Disable blip hiding in your LSPDFR.ini
