    The user had his PTT key bound to the horn as well.

    They don't need to be removed, you just need to put the CalloutInterfaceAPI.dll in your Grand Theft Auto V folder.  It won't hurt anything.  If you have that file, the plugins will work fine regardless of whether or not you have Callout Interface installed.
    The point of the API is precisely so that callouts can work with OR without Callout Interface.

    You need to update RAGENativeUI.  Make sure you copy ALL of the files from the plugins you install.  In this case, re-install the latest Grammar Police and copy EVERYTHING from the GTAV folder into your GTAV folder.
