How i can edit carvariations, carcols, vehiclelayouts.meta

I have download a addon vehicle, i have rename the file "police4". I have to edit the files carvariations.meta carcols.meta and vehiclelayouts.meta but i don't know where is located the good file. Because i know understand how this work, i know there are a lot of files named "carvariation" but who is the good file ?

Thank you but in the file named "carvariations.meta" i don't see "police4". 
I can still import my police4 vehicle configuration into this file or I have to find the corresponding carvariations.meta file (where there will already be a police4 line)
