My game doesnt load, it only says Loading story mode with RAGE Plugin Hook

My game is stuck on the loading screen saying this for the past hour and is not loading in the game i dont know what to do i dont have anything in the startup aswell, its happening after i downloaded the new update

You need to go into OpenIV, Mods, Update, and delete the update2.rpf and copy the new one over from the non modded update folder
