I found the solution to the problem myself. The culprit turned out to be EUP L&O installed via LML, installation via .oiv extension solved the situation, now all vests are available.

    Hello!
Using OpenIV (in edit mode), you need to go to the file that is in the following path x64/audio/sfx/RESIDENT.rpf (having first copied it to your mods folder, but this will signal OpenIV) then you export the vehicles.awc file to the openFormats (.oac) extension (for example, to the desktop). Then you drop the siren files you want to replace into the extracted "vehicles" folder. The last step is in OpenIV, in the New option click "import openFormats", which will allow you to swap the files and enjoy the changed sirens.

    There is an update now.
Simply download LSPDFR manual install and replace the old ragepluginhook.exe with the new one from the winrar.
Scripthook, unfortunately, hasn't been updated yet.

If you can get LSPDFR to run after deleting your mods fold you are incorrectly installing mods.

Thank you for your feedback. I just missed the timing of the update and wasn't 100% sure.

Grand Theft Auto V just updated.
You will need to wait for an update from ScripthookV, LSPD:FR and RagePluginHook.

Hi, I have problem with rage plugin hook. I have current version, and yesterday everything was ok, but now Rage doesn't start. When enabling Rage Plugin Hook, a validation window pops up, then the plugin shuts down. I didn't change any files from anytime.

You need to go into OpenIV, Mods, Update, and delete the update2.rpf and copy the new one over from the non modded update folder 🙂
