I recently redownloaded lspdfr and a bunch of callouts. I have been playing for a while and now I noticed these random red and blue blips that pop up near me on the map wherever I go and when I go to the blip there's a ped walking with a gun and will eventually try to kill me. I've tried arresting and taking them out but no matter what I do, more spawn somewhere in the area. I looked at a few other forums and people were saying it could have something to do with a story mode mission but that is not my case, I haven't got to parts that'll possibly make that happen. I have inserted my log below.

Can you post a screenshot of that red blip and the person with the gun?

 

im pretty sure it’s a story mode related thing and you can simply add a 100% savegame: https://de.gta5-mods.com/misc/100-save-game

Okay thanks I'll try that, I honestly believe it's a callout pack, I've noticed that some of the peds walking with guns are actually sometimes walking drunk or they might be walking drunk without guns.

Could be, pls post your log again, if you do not have that many callouts then it’s pretty easy to find.

thats a callout pack, i have the same thing, i forgot which one tho, you can turn them off in the ini file of the callout pack btw, list your callouts and Ill see if i can spot it

Yes. UrbanCallouts does have Ambient Callouts. (but not with red blips?)

 

To disable:

 

1. Navigate to this folder:

 

 

2. Open this file

 

3. Set Enabled from true to false:
