Well I think the message reads what is wrong.  Your game is not updated.

How can I update the game cause it didn't say anything when I run it.

To update your GTA V, delete your GTA5.exe and verify your game files.

If you use more than one GTA V folder, you should change the folder names and verify again for each folder.

How to verify game files:

Spoiler

GTA V Steam

Steam Library > Right click GTA V > Properties > Local Files > Verify Integrity

GTA V Retail

Rockstar Games Launcher > Click GTA V > Click Settings > Verify

GTA V Epic Games

Go to your Epic Games Library > GTA V > click the three little dots > Verify

Remove ScriptHookV. It hasnt been updated yet.

Keep in mind that asi files won't work until it gets updated. These include, but are not limited to, ELS and trainers.

Launch normal GTA V. See what happens.

If it crashes, rename mods to _mods and try again. If that works, see below:

Spoiler

If renaming your mods folder stopped your problem - something in your mods folder is causing your issue. Either a mod you installed or a file you edited. You can try revert the most recent thing you changed. Or you have to restart your mods folder, as it is impossible for us to diagnose what's actually causing the issue. The only other thing it could be is if you recently installed a large amount of addon cars you may need to install a custom gameconfig/heapajuster.

It suck my EUP not working

Well yeah, because you disabled the mods folder. On my previous post, you click the Reveal Hidden Content bar and it tells you what to do if having mods to _mods works.
