    Yes.
    Just open your Trainer Menu
    Look for Police ignore player & Everyone Ignore Players Disabled it.

    Just deleted BaltlEye folder from game folder.

    nvm I fixed this problem my own.

    I deleted update.rpf from mods folder and added it back.

    I deleted all folder from plugin and re-upload everything.

    My game is fixed...
    All i do was re-download LSPDFR Manual Install and drop all folders to GATV.

    Mine is working now.
    All I do was download RAGENativeUI https://github.com/alexguirre/RAGENativeUI/releases 
    Then drop RAGENativeUI.dll to my GAT V main folder.
