Hi all, can someone give me DL to NYPD uniforms, or LAPD uniforms + car pack, because that link from this site doesn't work. I want Gang unit etc. so if anyone have it, please give me download link :)

open iv is the best way to put the cars in and edit skins and other things like peds, pedprops and other stuff

Then you're misconfiguring something or doing something wrong.  They are the only two ways to access GTA IVs files properly.

You need to provide a bit more detail than that, otherwise you have no hope of replacing GTA IV's files.
