6. CalloutManager is outdated (but still may work), better give https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/37828-callout-interface/ a try!

9 could be an extension of 3 since they are roughly the same concept.

I agree with this. Learning how to do add on cars would be the next step with packs like OCSO and such make it fun also.
