yeah i have pictures

He was kind of hinting that you should post the pictures. Saves time if you post that stuff right away along with a list of what you want added/changed. Then if someone comes along and decides to make it they can see what you want

You need to download car parts, available here and on gtapolicemods.com

Okay, let's explain basic things; for making a car model or adding thngs such as lightbars, etc. you need 3d modeling knowledge. For that there are programs such as zmodeler or 3ds Max. When you make a car model you have to make both .wft and .wtd archives.

By other hand there's texturing. You don't need any modeling knowledge. That's pretty easy, you just need a digital editing program such as gimp or photoshop.

For both things, modeling and skinning there are tutorials in the tutorial section: http://www.lcpdfr.com/page/tutorials/index.action

but do you all make by yourself the .wft and .wtd archive?

and sry AlaskaStateTroopers224 i won't will say tokyo but thank you

Yes, I am currently learning how to make models, you put the car together using zmodeler and when you export it you do it as a .wtf.

I personally use open IV for the .wtd because it is easier, all car parts that you download already come with their respective texture files, so all you are doing is putting them into one big .wtd file.

I'd stop double and triple posting :whistling: you're gonna get an infraction.

Just transfer texture part's from 1 texture to another, it's easy, i use Paint.NET to do that
