Thank you all for helping me! How can i give my ELS lights better looking

Hello everyone! I know how to use ELS but when i have blue and red light i see only red light, when i have only blue light i see red lights, when i have only red lights i see red lights but that's normal. Can anyone help me to resolve that i can be happy. Thank you!

my settings are on the lowest and i have modded 5 police cars. So i don't know why it is not working. Now my game is really weird my road's spawns my player and my map are invisible, my roads don't spawn and my player is visible. REALLY WEIRD

Help! My roads are gone! Anything is ok i can use mods and other but i don't have many road's. Can anyone help me please?
