The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

A very long shot, but would anyone of you have a manual install LSPDFR file with RPH 2545? After downloading the latest update I had Critical errors orScriptHookV, so I ended up downloading a downgrade file for GTAV, but now my GTAV is of an older version and isnt supported by the updated RPH, much appreciated if anyone could help

    That's illegal - you should ignore those youtubers who say that.

    Those files are copyrighted and uploading those .exe files violates that.

    This also is something no one can share - again it is copyrighted and therefore illegal.

     

    You should update RAGE & LSPDFR instead of trying to play on an old version. 🙂
