The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

    In the story mode you’ve come to a point where Micheal and Trevor fled the city. When you enter the city with either of them you will get hunted down and killed. I guess that carries over into LSPDFR as well. Try to either play further in the story mode if you really wish to do that or install a 100% game save (can be found on gta 5 mods).

    Keep in mind, during a certain point in the story, you cannot switch back to Franklin. Although I cannot remember if this is the same point or not.
