I use Ultimate Backup to spawn a generic NPC partner to accompany me on a patrol. Some of them I like enough to use again.  Is there any way to save them for future use?  Also, is there a way to spawn one of your created LSPDFR characters as as a partner as well?

Auf Grund des neuen LSPDFRS ist jetzt das Problem, dass alle Einheiten eine EUP Uniform benutzen bzw. man selbst auch. 
Geht dazu in den LSPDFR-Ordner, dann auf data und bearbeitet dort entweder die agency.xml und nennt bei "TextureName" und "TextureDictionary" alles zu "s_m_y_cop_01" um
Ich habe es schon mal vorgemacht, ihr könnt sonst auch einfach eure agency.xml mit meiner ersetzen, dann müssten die Skins normal sein wenn ihr Backup ruft.

Do you have UltimateBackup installed?
 
Also, you can download LSPDFR again and replace the backup.xml and agency.xml inside lspdfr/data

In regards to your issue, Lore Callouts crashed LSPDFR as a ped became invalid.
While the developer won't be able to prevent a ped becoming invalid, they can prevent a LSPDFR crash from occuring.
My guess is that some sort of ambient event caused it; Lore Interaction, the developers ambient event related modification, recently merged into Lore Callouts. See if you can temporarily disable this in your .ini file.

EDIT: After looking into the issue, it seems that my script only calls ped.IsFemale or ped.IsMale three times and in all cases they are validated by ped.Exists() and ped.IsValid(). Could it be LSPDFR or DefinitiveCallouts causing this? It might point at Events.Initialize on my plugin because it is running all the time. 

Yeah, removing LoreCallouts seems to have fixed the issue for me! ^^

I really have no idea of what you mean. Could you show us a video of that issue you're experiencing?

Deadly weapons should only be put inside plugins, as it's a standalone plugin.

So without openiv.asi you basically started gta without a mods folder where you installed the vehicles
Have you added your addon vehicles in the dlclist?

It’s enough to just install the files from your downloaded file of section136callouts

Make sure you have ScripthookV installed

always post your ragepluginhook.log from the main gta folder.

Now try again, of course, you have to be on duty to get STP (StopThePed) to work.
 

Sometimes pedestrians just start running other people over because they hear shots etc.
For me it also happens that peds I've arrested just enter my car and drive away. At this point, you are allowed to shoot the suspect, but the penalty system is probably going to have difficulties saying what is okay and what is not.. 😕
 
But why would we need something like that anyways? 😄 If you go on duty as a cop, you should just behave like a cop would do, and not kill people randomly (?).
