Ok tnx. Do I need first install 0.90 and then 0.90D or just install 0.90D ? I have patch 1.0.6.0 and I copy all folders of LCPDFR 0.90D in folder GTA IV and I looked a video on youtube how to install and still LCPDFR doesn't work. Can you help me?

As far as I'm aware, 0.90b is currently resting with the rest of the dead mods of IV,

I've never played it myself but from what I gather it lacks most features and is most likely buggy.

Take a look at my Installation tutorial. It was made at the time of 0.91 but the same process applies to 0.95

Are you running the patch installer as an admin?

Make sure you are not clicking on the .msi file.
