    EVI gave permission to the community to upload his mods, Then the Staff will transfer it as a mod under his development uploads.

    The mods upload by the community on behalf of EVI has since been Taken down I suggest that you should not upload even if the permission was given. If you take a look at the Alaska State Troopers CVPI for example, you will download a DNA.txt when you click download therefore upload it will cause problems.
