Does anyone have a solution to why police smart radio is having compatibility with lspdfr it keeps giving me text box in the center screen that I try and push continue and will not do anything. I have updated Albos common and it still doesn't work and it is only smart radio

Police Smart Radio is only compatible with the old LSPDFR versions (it says so on the site), so you won't be able to use police smart radio on LSPDFR 0.4.
I use as an alternative stop the ped and Ultimate Backup.

This is not correct.

Then please explain how it works that you can use police smart radio in LSPDFR 0.4.

I removed most of Albo's mods/plugins because they were too glitchy because it was so outdated.  The only thing I kept in was Smart Radio.  When I loaded the game it said you must have Traffic Policer to use Smart Radio.  I just go rid of smart radio, wasn't using too much anyway.  So you could install Traffic Policer but you would have to disable 90% of the features in the ini.  So I think you can still use Smart radio but you have to have Traffic Policer also.
