So, I installed the LSPDFR mod fine but I couldn't seem to find a way to run in in-game as the RAGEplugin thing needs a thing to work. It's called  c++ 2010. I can't seem to be able to download it, is this normal? if so, please help me remedy it.

One last question, do you have any idea as to why I can't toggle duty via the E key? Do you have any tips to solving this? Sorry to keep asking.

Make sure that you have loaded LSPDFR. Go to the RPH Console (F4), then type LoadPlugin and use the arrow keys and tab to select LSPD First Response and then press enter.

Hello again. Really sorry to keep asking on at you but it seems certain things are working differently. I cannot open the command are using  F4. I cannot enter stations with E nor ca I access computer with Q. That's all I've noticed thus far.

You need to load your game with rage plugin hook so that the rage plugin hook console will work. Same for LSPDFR, it requires Rage plugin hook to work.

Again, I'm sorry to keep this going but I do all of the above and it still doesn't work?

For the command issue, launch GTA V first and then once in-game, tab out and launch RPH. Once it has loaded, try opening the console.
