The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

I am a first time user for LCPDFR mod.  I followed the video on how to install exactly multiple times with a clean install of GTA.  Rage plugin runs but GTA crashes while it loads. Rage does say something about creating a log but I cant seem to locate it. Windows is completely updated and current.  GTA is updated and installed with rockstar launcher.  I did try using the NoGTALauncher and it did not make a difference.  I have tried disabling Windows defender and firewall still same results. Any suggestions?

Since I have no idea if the problem is coming out from the game or rage plugin hook, I will suggest you to do the following something to check if the problem is coming out from the game or the other things.
1. Open GTA5 without using rage plugin hook. If this work, it means the problem isn't because of the game.
2. Restart the computer. (Might help, but most of the time didn't, but it is worth for a try)
3. Check whether there is any antivirus that you forgot to disable. Check it from the setting>apps (Sometimes some apps installed to your computer without asking you yes or no, so I suggest checking it)

WMFong

Please try what WMFong said above. If this doesnt help you can find you RagePluginHook log in the GTAV Main directory. Its a text file (see image)

I do recommend installing mods one by one. This makes it easier to know why the game crashes.

I already added the whole GTA folder to the exceptions for the Virus scanner and even tried completely disabling the virus scanner.  GTA does work on its own I have played several hours in story mode.  I don't have any mods installed other than LSDPFR.  Here is a screenshot of my files there is not a log file.

Can you launch RPH as administrator? Can you launch RPH without anything else (no scripthook, no OpeniV etc, just RPH)? These are the last suggestions.

Supporting is somewhat like locating an issue, then trying to apply a protocol that would eventually guide the subject to fix their game, and sometimes, on rare occasions, trying to diagnose a weird issue with everything you know.
