A script to clean cars?

Featured Replies

Hey guys,

I'm just wondering if there is a script that allows me to clean my Police cars due to fact that they can't drive through the Car Wash?

I know that I can do it via the trainer but I don't really like using that.

Thanks,

Harry.

simple native trainer has that option

Guys...He says in the OP that he doesn't like using SNT to do it. I think what hes talking about it a script to allow the police cars to be taken through the in-game car washes. I think its a good idea and I would use it. I don't think it should be to difficult but I'm not a coder.

what the...sorry :D for some reason my brain didn't read that xD

No problem Taximan, I dont mind using SNT but it gets rather annoying because I have it disabled when I dont need it. So Im always re enabling and disabling it just to clean my car.

I completely agree with you, I would love to have a script like this. I scanned through the IV files but couldn't find anything related to the car wash. I thought maybe we could make it work just by changing some things in the files.

The simple fuel mod actually offers a clean car button for when your at a gas station.

I saw a thread like this a couple of days ago where I posted a solution to permanently remove dirt textures. If you want to remove dirt texture permanently and not worry about your car been filthy, right click the image below, save to desktop. After you do that just go into your vehicle.img, find the vehicle of your choice and open it. Then replace the dirt texture with the image provided. this way you wont have to worry about dirt forever. just do this to every modded emergency vehicle you have and they will be clean like a baby's bottom every time they roll C3 down the streets.

Image is a 1024x1024. Some vehicles like for example, gfxle's cars use 512x512 dirt texture. Simply by using paint, create a 512x512 image and paint it black, save and import to your vehicle.img/"vehicle of choice":
