The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.
[16th April] LSPDFR Enhanced Preview has been updated to include a fix for users struggling to access the PD interior.

Just a small update, we've mostly identified and fixed what we need to fix in LSPDFR, however we've identified a few breaking issues in RAGE Plugin Hook that will need to be fixed before a release can be pushed out.

    Please see this thread. There were some

    reported issues apparently but they are working on this.
