Mud,

I'm not sure what that means... sorry very new to this.

mud

I'm not seeing the  Ragepluginhook.log in the main directory.

it has this, but i cant open it:  MiniCrashReport_637397058564045283.rcrm

Going through things to change as I find them:
When you launch RagePluginHook hold down shift before its logo appears and its settings should open, change the number in the plugin timeout threshold option to 60000

And another issue, Fire Callouts requires RageNativeUI, which the log shows you do not have. Go to the link below and download RageNativeUI.zip then extract its contents and place them all in your main GTA folder, let me know if that fixes it.

Since it is still an LSPDFR callout pack by default you'll still be on duty as a police officer. What you'll want to do is download EUP (both L&O and S&R), EUP Menu and EUP configurations, this will fully allow you to use Fire Department uniforms. next to spawn a fire truck you'll want to use the console opened with F4 and type "spawn firetruk" without the quotation marks (there is no C on purpose).

Instead a the console you can also use a trainer, a sample one comes with ScriptHook V.

Required for any of EUP to work:

For Fire Department Gear:
https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/character/16256-emergency-uniforms-pack-serve-rescue/

For the AI to use EUP uniforms:

https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/datafile/22400-lspdfr-eup-configurations/

For you to select uniforms:

These should all have ReadMe's, they require OpenIV to install them

For the trainer and ScriptHookV
http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/

This should also have a readme

If you get stuck installing these mods these youtube videos will be able to explain better than me
