Do you see a text file without the .log part?
If you don't please send a screenshot of your GTA folder

Deactivated Memberin game crashes when i try to go on duty at the PDIn your games folder (GTAV for epic games Grand Theft Auto V for steam) there is a file named RagePluginHook.log, it will be a text file. For example, here is what I see when I go into my folder to get it:
