The latest updated version of RAGE Plugin Hook, required to play LSPDFR, can be found inside the LSPDFR download. It is not currently available on the RAGE Plugin Hook website.

Scripthook V, EUP menu and EUP configurations are. EUP L&O as well as S&R are auto installers requiring OpenIV, they are simple to run though, if you have issues with that the first youtube video I sent has an expatiation on how it works
