hello i have really wreid problem becouse when for instance im far to ambulance textures of lights are up to car, same thing is for police vehicles but when i turn on lights for police car lights are too up to car look at this pictures and give me some advices, Thanks and appereciate that

on the last pic i cought only blue light which is above the car but there is blue red and traffic advisor light

Do you have ELS installed?

The reason why that is happening is because of the vehicle model itself. 

 

Unfortunately the only way to fix it is to remove that particular vehicle and replace it with another one.

Yes, i installed Ripple Valor Pack (Reupload) for police vehicles and this one for ambulance

Try putting this in your ELS.ini:

 

Change LodCoronaInitDistance to 1000.0 and use these values under General:

 

[ GENERAL ]
MaxActiveVehs = 30
ElsMaxRangePl = 500
ElsMaxRangeAi = 500
ElsActiveOnAi = true
ElsTrafCtrlOn = false
