Me and a friend are going to start up a SAMP Server, 50Slot. But we dont know how to script, If anyof you know how and would like to help us post below, Also if you know of any good scripts also let me know (Include a link please)

Ravens roleplay is a good script, BUT theres no updated versions, the current sa-mp client is 0.3e

Alright we installed a script but when we changed the Gamemode it wont launch, any ideas?

And this is where Jochemd comes in.

Its actually quite easy to update a script to 0.3e

Haven't done it in a while so I've forgotten unfortunately.

Ravens RP is NOT a good script. If you're looking for an RP script, try this http://forum.sa-mp.com/showthread.php?t=252612

It uses MySQL and ZCMD which makes things far more efficient and easy to manage. If you can't set it up, don't bother running a SAMP server - it's not worth it.

RVRP is a good script for when it came out but each update that has been done my other member/scripters on samp have made more and more bug's appear i spent at least a week fixing bugs for someone's server that uses it (( 50+ bugs with commands admin ect ))

You update the script by downloading the new samp server package and replacing all the .inc's and the server exe.

I wouldn't suggest starting up your own server if you don't know how to script. Unless you can find a amazing scripter. And it's easy to update a server. Just put the samp-server.exe, samp-npc.exe, and announce.exe and put the updated from the 0.3e into your server files.
