i have mutiple plugins installed and ive tried literally everything and the game still crashes . ive lowed down my graphics , deleted multiple plugins but still crashes. 

here is the list of my plugins and callouts:

Albo's plugins are outdated.

Delete them and any other outdated plugins.

Please post in the correct location in the future.

Remove PeterUCallouts, it throws out an error. Also remove Arrest Manager, you have StopThePed for that.

You have many many plugins installed. Disable them and try again. Sure there are a few in there that cause the crash.

Also rename your mods folder to _mods

my problem is kind of solved , but i use arrest manager to get peds into the car because when i use stop the ped the ped just stands outside the car . 

and if i rename my mods folder , all the installed vehicles will be gone

You have to get close to the back door and a menu will automatically come up

So what solved the problem then?

Renaming the mods folder is just for testing, if your mods folder causes the crash. Renaming is disabling, because now the folder wont get loaded.

No the crash is not from the mods folder , I believe it's from one of the callouts 

its turns out that also SimpleCallOuts causes the game to crash
